Welcome to World Samma Federation ("WSF," "we," "our," "us"). These Terms of Service govern your use of our website, services, and mobile applications (collectively, the "Services").

WSF is registered under the Ministry of Sports in Kenya (Registration No: [Your Registration Number]) and operates as an international martial arts federation promoting Samma Pigano discipline worldwide.

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access our Services.

2. Membership and Accounts

2.1 Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, or have parental consent if under 18
• You must provide accurate and complete registration information
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials

2.2 Student Admission

• Admission numbers (WSF/YYYY/XXXXX) are assigned upon course purchase
• Admission numbers are non-transferable and uniquely identify each student
• WSF reserves the right to revoke admission for violations of this Code of Conduct

2.3 Family Packages

• Family packages allow 2-4 family members to access courses
• The primary account holder is responsible for all family members' compliance
• Family member invitations expire after 7 days

3. Courses, Payments, and Refunds

3.1 Course Access

• Course access is granted upon successful payment verification
• Lifetime access means access for the duration of the course's availability on our platform
• WSF may update course content while maintaining core curriculum standards

3.2 Payment Processing

• Payments are processed in USD through PayPal and M-Pesa
• M-Pesa payments are converted from USD to KES using current exchange rates
• All payments are subject to verification and anti-fraud checks

3.3 Refund Policy

• 30-day money-back guarantee for All-Access Pass and individual programs
• Refund requests must be submitted via email to support@worldsamma.org
• No refunds for family packages after 48 hours of purchase
• Digital certifications and belt advancements are non-refundable

3.4 Kenyan Consumer Protection

In accordance with Kenyan Consumer Protection Act, you have the right to:

• Clear information about services before purchase
• Fair and honest treatment
• Protection against fraudulent and misleading conduct

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 WSF Content

• All course materials, videos, and content are proprietary to WSF
• You receive a limited, non-exclusive license for personal use
• Commercial use, redistribution, or resale of content is prohibited

4.2 Samma Pigano Techniques

• Samma Pigano techniques and curriculum are intellectual property of WSF
• Unauthorized teaching of WSF curriculum requires written permission
• Certification does not automatically grant teaching rights

5. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

• Respect all members, instructors, and staff
• No sharing of account credentials or course materials
• No unauthorized commercial use of WSF content
• No harassment, discrimination, or harmful behavior
• No attempt to compromise platform security

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to Services immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

7. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

7.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kenya, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

7.2 Dispute Resolution

• Parties shall first attempt to resolve disputes through mutual negotiation
• Unresolved disputes shall be referred to mediation in Nairobi, Kenya
• Any legal proceedings shall be brought in courts located in Nairobi, Kenya

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, WSF shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes through our Services or by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
